Is a Canadian public resource company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Created through a reorganization in May 2007, followed by the completion of an inital public offering on May 17, 2007, Painted Pony’s Class A and Class B shares began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) on May 23, 2007 under the symbols “PPY.A” and “PPY.B”.

On December 1, 2011, Painted Pony converted all Class B shares to Class A Shares at a ratio of 0.825 Class A share for each Class B share.

On June 7, 2012, Painted Pony re-designated its Class A Shares to Common Shares trading under the symbol “PPY”. The re-designation did not result in any substantive change to the existing rights, privileges, restrictions or conditions attached to the Class A Shares.
